Skill development center at Pipodara to create employment opportunities

To promote employment among tribal communities, Goldi Solar established a skill development center in Pipodara as a part of its CSR efforts. By offering training, equipment, and mentorship, the company empowers tribal youth to build careers in the solar industry. To date, over 300 individuals from tribal regions have found employment in the sector through this initiative.
