Solar system installation for a social trust to offset 1343 T CO2 emissions
Goldi Solar commissioned a 675 KW plant for a social welfare trust – Shrimad Rajchandra Adhyatmik Satsang Sadhana Kendra in Dharampur, Gujarat.
Solar car parking structure had to be developed with a super solar structure. The project comprised of putting together 2,142 solar panels on 1,350 carports spread over 67,500 square feet of area. To assemble the grid-connected carport plant while maintaining quality, high-level engineering and designing expertise was required.
Financial and social impact
Huge savings in electricity bills by almost 40-50% for the welfare trust which runs hospitals, schools and a college. Electricity consumption before installation was 2 lakh kWh/month. The newly installed solar system generates about 87,000 kWh/month. It has also been able to reduce CO2 emissions by 1343 T annually.
