Bringing light in the aftermath of the Uttarakhand disaster

Following the devastating floods and landslides in Uttarakhand in June 2013, Goldi Solar contributed to disaster relief through its CSR initiative by distributing 500 solar lanterns to villages left without electricity. These efforts provided much-needed light, enabling survivors to maintain their daily routines after sunset during a challenging time. The solar lanterns not only offered immediate relief but also promoted sustainable energy usage in areas where rebuilding infrastructure would take time, fostering resilience and hope among the affected communities.
